Joe Mineo, CPA

Joseph specializes in providing tax and specialty advisory services to SBFR’s closely-held businesses and high net worth clients. His experience encompasses clients in a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, medical, and construction among others.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Canisus College and also attended various professional courses at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.  He began his career at the Internal Revenue Service where he spent 10 years before transitioning to the U.S. Department of Labor for an additional 10 years.  Joe formed his own CPA practice in 1985 where he served small to mid-sized businesses and high net worth individuals. His broad range of skills and experience combined with his unwavering dedication to client service allowed his practice to flourish.

Joe is a member of the National Association of Independent Accountants and has had numerous community affiliations over the years.
